Michele was born and raised in northern New Jersey. She earned her BA at Arizona State University.  While in Arizona, she discovered her passion, working with seniors.  She completed an internship at the Arizona Attorney Generals Office in the Elder Affairs Consumers Division.  She earned her Masters of Social Work from Monmouth University in New Jersey. She has worked in long term care facilities, adult day health services and home care. Michele is involved in the community. She has volunteered with local Hospice organizations in both New Jersey and North Carolina. She has been a coach for Special Olympics and is currently involved with her children’s school and extra circular activities.
