Jessica’s previous experience leading a team of service response representatives who handled members inquiries, maintained member accounts for employee healthcare benefits and assisted clients with balances, benefit designs,  claims and reimbursements serves her well in her position as a Med-Net Compliance Client Relations Coordinator.  In her position, Jessica acts as the primary liaison between internal staff and clients and is responsible to coordinate and oversee all efforts related to client accounts. This includes responding to client inquiries and requests, participating in client meetings and consulting with internal interdisciplinary team on a regular basis. In addition, Jessica partakes in ongoing education related to new healthcare services, skills and sector topics.
