A widow from Woodstock, NY, is filing a lawsuit against HealthAlliance Hospital and its health information management vendor, Ciox Health, after accusing both of denying her access to her deceased husband’s EHR files she needs for a malpractice lawsuit against the hospital, according to an article published in Times-Herald Record.
