A former registered nurse, Sarah Jean Moses, also known as Sarah Nalvanko, 41, of Cedar Rapids, was indicted last month on two counts of tampering and attempting to tamper with hydromorphone, an opioid medication, and three counts of acquiring and attempting to acquire a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, deception or subterfuge.
