Larry J. Goisse, Jr., 38, a resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty in federal court to charges of drug diversion and healthcare fraud. In connection with the guilty plea, the court was advised that in September and October 2018, Goisse, a former certified nurse practitioner, continued to prescribe Adderall and submit claims to Medicare for office visits under a co-worker’s license after his nursing license was suspended.
