The presentation gives a very good overview and understanding of all the various components of a compliance program, the importance of the compliance meeting, and how it all ties together for Med-Net’s overall Compliance and Ethics program provided for our clients. The assessment is based upon the OIG 7 Elements, Med-Net’s 7 Elements Blueprint, and the regulatory requirements from CMS and the DOJ.
