- Modified Mock Surveys: The modified mock survey provides targeted assistance for facilities looking to focus on an area identified through their Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program such as falls, pressure ulcers, or weight loss. Modified mock surveys can be performed on-site or evaluated virtually.
